He specializes in smile-designing, teeth-whitening, re-treatment of failed endodontic cases, endodontic surgeries and performing endodontic procedures using both manual and advanced systems. |

| One of the members of the core group that dreamt the idea of this multi-centric specialty team, he is a certified BTLS provider in addition to being extensively trained in all minor and most major oral and maxillofacial procedures including maxillofacial trauma, surgical pathologies like cysts and tumors, TMJ disorders, correction of maxillofacial deformities etc. He has undergone training for Diploma in Hospital Administration and has international publications, in addition to national and international presentations. He is experienced in conducting surgical audit and quality-control procedures. His wife, Dr. Sony, is an accomplished Pediatric Dentist, a very lovable person and someone who makes all things bright and beautiful. |

Dr. Pavan Baldava is the literary genius of the group. He has
been instrumental in sharing the SmileKraft dream
and carrying it forward to Hyderabad. He has international
publications to his credit and is active in community service.
He has been awarded PG Diploma in Health Sciences in Tobacco
Control and is presently pursuing Diploma in Population Sciences
from International Institute of Population Sciences. He has worked
at the TMA Pai Hospital and has served as consultant in Aesthetic
and Restorative Dentistry at Ankilla Dental Hospital, Hyderabad.
An active member of Lions’ Club International, he is also the company’s social face and takes the lead
role in organizing its social initiatives. |

| A reliable friend and a lovable human being, Dr. Dipti Baldava is the livewire of the group. Always one to take the utmost care that her patients are kept as comfortable as possible, Dr. Dipti is proficient in management of all maxillofacial prosthetic requirements of patients including removable and fixed partial dentures, complete dentures, immediate dentures, overdentures, dental implants and maxillofacial prosthesis following tumor ablations and pan-facial trauma. She is also undergoing training in the use of LASER for cosmetic dental procedures. |
